To keep the products in the best state it is recommended to remove with a cloth, immediately after their use. Their exposure to moisture causes the natural oxidation of the manufacturing materials, this process being manifested by the appearance of color spots at the surface of the material.
Being products used in the food industry it is necessary to mow the interior of the copper vessels. The coating with tin, by mowing, gives a metal gray color to their interior.
